The California Air Tools CAT-33000 LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) Spray Gun is designed for automotive, industrial, marine, and woodworking applications. Its low-air-consumption design allows it to work with smaller air compressors, making it a practical choice for painting projects where controlled application and reduced overspray are important.
Featuring a lightweight, one-piece aluminum body, a corrosion-resistant stainless steel fluid needle and nozzle, and independently adjustable fluid, fan pattern, and air controls, this spray gun offers greater control over paint application. The included 1.3 mm nozzle is suited to lacquers, enamels, stains, urethanes, and other fast-drying, low-viscosity coatings.

Performance and Application Notes
The CAT-33000 is best suited to low-viscosity coatings when used with the included 1.3 mm nozzle. For heavier coatings such as latex, satin paint, and primers, the manufacturer recommends the CAT-33000K kit with larger nozzle options and a 2 HP air compressor. Actual spraying performance depends on the coating, nozzle selection, air supply, and operating pressure.
