Maintenance

The integrated 80% Air Dryer uses activated alumina desiccant.

CAT recommends replacing the 1 lb bag of desiccant every 3,000–4,000 motor/pump running hours, approximately every 1–2 years under average usage.

The two 2 HP air filters should be replaced every 2 years, or annually if the compressor operates in a dirty or dusty environment.
