Operating at only 70 dB, it is designed to deliver clean, dry compressed air with reduced noise, vibration, and maintenance. The integrated aftercooler and activated alumina dryer help remove moisture from compressed air to protect sensitive tools and equipment.

Applications

Maintenance
Replace the activated alumina desiccant approximately every 3,000–4,000 motor/pump running hours, typically every 1–2 years depending on usage. Replace the two motor-pump air filters every 2 years, or annually when operating in dirty or dusty environments. The EZ-1 automatic drain valve helps eliminate the need for manual tank draining by automatically removing accumulated moisture according to the programmed drain frequency and duration.
