The California Air Tools 10020DSMAD is a 2.0 HP SMART ultra-quiet, oil-free air compressor designed for applications requiring reliable compressed air, reduced maintenance, dry air, and remote monitoring capabilities. It features a 10-gallon steel vertical air tank, an integrated 80% air drying system, a factory-installed automatic drain valve, and the MDR2i OLED SMART Controller.

The SMART Controller can connect to mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, or computers through Wi-Fi or as an access point. Users can remotely monitor and control compressor operation, program ON/OFF times, adjust pressure settings, configure automatic drain settings, and monitor motor-pump running hours.

The oil-free dual piston pump operates at 1680 RPM and is designed for high performance, durability, and reduced maintenance. The compressor delivers 6.40 CFM at 40 PSI and 5.30 CFM at 90 PSI. Maintenance

The 80% air drying system uses activated alumina desiccant, which should generally be replaced every 3,000–4,000 motor-pump operating hours, typically every 1–2 years depending on usage. The air filters attached to the motor-pump should generally be replaced every 2 years, or annually when the compressor is operated in dusty or dirty environments. The EZ-1 automatic drain valve should also be checked periodically, including cleaning the inner drain valve approximately every 2 years.
