The California Air Tools 10020HDCADC-22060 is a 2.0 HP ultra-quiet, oil-free air compressor equipped with a 10-gallon steel horizontal air tank, 98% air drying system, aftercooler, and factory-installed automatic drain valve.

Operating at 70 dB, this compressor is designed for applications requiring clean, dry compressed air while maintaining relatively quiet operation. The oil-free dual-piston pump operates at 1680 RPM and is designed for a service life of more than 3,000 hours before wear.

The integrated 98% air drying system removes up to 98% of water vapor from compressed air. CAT specifies ISO 8573 Class 2.3.1 air quality and a pressure dew point performance range of -20°F to -51°F.

The drying system uses an aftercooler and a replaceable spin-on cartridge containing high-temperature molecular sieve desiccant. The factory-installed EZ-1-2321 automatic drain valve helps remove accumulated moisture from the air tank automatically.

Maintenance

• Replace the 98% Air Dryer cartridge approximately every 4,000 operating hours / 2 years on average.
• Replace the two 2 HP air filters every 2 years, or annually when operating in dirty/dusty conditions.
