The California Air Tools 10020SMSPC is a 2.0 HP SMART ultra-quiet and oil-free air compressor designed for applications where low noise, clean compressed air, durability, and remote monitoring are important. The compressor operates at just 58 dB and features a 10-gallon steel air tank enclosed in a sound proof cabinet.

The integrated MDR2i OLED Smart Controller can connect to mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, or computers through an access point or Wi-Fi network. It provides remote monitoring and control of compressor operation, including ON/OFF scheduling and adjustable pressure settings.

The oil-free dual-piston pump operates at 1680 RPM and is designed for a 3000+ hour life cycle before wear. The sound proof cabinet includes two exhaust fans to help remove heat, while four caster wheels make the unit easier to move.

Maintenance

Replace the 2 HP air filters every two years, or annually when the compressor is exposed to dirty or dusty environments. The replacement air filter part number is 90260.

The manufacturer also specifies periodic replacement of the 98% Air Dryer Cannister/Cartridge every 4,000 operating hours, approximately every two years on average.

The sound proof cabinet has two latching doors for access to the compressor and components. Keep the cabinet and exhaust areas clear to allow proper airflow and heat dissipation.
