The California Air Tools 20020CTR is a 2.0 HP ultra-quiet and oil-free air compressor featuring a 20-gallon horizontal steel air tank. Operating at only 70 dB, it is designed for applications that require reliable airflow, lower operating noise, and reduced maintenance.

The 2.0 HP SP-9421 motor operates at 1680 RPM and is designed to increase duty cycle and support longer continuous run times. The oil-free dual-piston pump is engineered for high performance and durability with a designed life cycle of 3,000+ hours before wear.

The large horizontal 20-gallon steel tank is designed particularly for mobile service vans and trucks performing tire service and repair. It also provides additional air storage for higher-demand air tools such as spray guns and sanders.

The Easy Start Valve reduces starting amperage by allowing the motor to start under a no-load condition. The compressor operates at 110V and 60 Hz and includes a wheel-free horizontal configuration designed for mobile service applications.

Maintenance

Replace the two 2 HP air filters every two years, or annually if the compressor is exposed to a dirty or dusty environment. Replacement air filter part number: 90260.

The oil-free dual-piston pump eliminates the need for regular pump oil changes. Keep the compressor clean and ensure the air intake and surrounding areas remain unobstructed during operation.

The 20020CTR does not include a pressure regulator. A compatible 120 PSI pressure regulator assembly is available separately.
