Maintenance

The oil-free dual-piston pump eliminates the need for compressor oil. The 98% air dryer cartridge should be replaced every 4,000 operating hours, approximately every two years under average use.

The two 2 HP air filters attached to the motor-pump should be replaced every two years under normal conditions or annually when the compressor is exposed to dirty or dusty environments. Replacement air filter part number is 90260.

The EZ-1 automatic drain valve eliminates the need for routine manual tank draining. Its manually adjustable timer controls both the frequency and duration of the draining process.
