Powered by twin 2.0 HP motors operating at only 1,680 RPM, the 20040DSPCADC delivers 12.80 CFM at 40 PSI and 10.60 CFM at 90 PSI while producing only 65 dB of noise. The oil-free dual-piston pump is engineered for high performance, durability, and a minimum pump life of 3,000 hours before service.

The integrated 98% air drying system uses an aftercooler and a replaceable spin-on cartridge containing regenerating high-temperature molecular sieve desiccant. The system is designed to remove up to 98% of water vapor and provides ISO 8573 Class 2.3.1 air quality, helping protect sensitive tools and machinery from moisture.

Maintenance

The oil-free dual-piston pump eliminates the need for compressor oil and reduces routine lubrication requirements. The 98% air dryer cartridge uses regenerating high-temperature molecular sieve desiccant and should be replaced approximately every 4,000 operating hours, or about every two years under average use.

The EZ-1 automatic drain valve reduces the need for manual tank draining. Its manually adjustable timer controls both the frequency and duration of the draining process.

The two air filters attached to the motor-pump should be replaced every two years under normal conditions or annually when the compressor is exposed to dirty or dusty environments. Replacement air filter part number is 90260.
