The California Air Tools 20040DSPCADC is a 4.0 HP ultra-quiet, oil-free 20-gallon air compressor designed for applications requiring powerful compressed air, low operating noise, and highly dry air. It combines a 20-gallon steel air tank, 98% air drying system, automatic drain valve, and soundproof cabinet into one complete compressed-air system.

Operating at only 65 dB, the 20040DSPCADC is designed for professional indoor environments where noise reduction is important. The powerful twin 2.0 HP motors operate at 1680 RPM, while the oil-free dual piston pump is engineered for high performance and durability.

The integrated aftercooler and 98% air dryer remove up to 98% of water vapor from the compressed air. The air drying system provides ISO 8573 Class 2.3.1 air quality and uses a replaceable spin-on cartridge containing regenerating high-temperature molecular sieve desiccant.

The factory-installed California Air Tools EZ-1 automatic drain valve eliminates the need for manually draining the air tank. Its adjustable timer allows the frequency and duration of the automatic draining process to be configured.
