The California Air Tools 60040DSMADC is a powerful 4.0 HP SMART, ultra-quiet and oil-free stationary air compressor featuring a 60-gallon ASME-certified steel tank, integrated 98% air drying system and automatic drain valve. It is designed for users who need clean, ultra-dry compressed air together with remote monitoring and control capabilities.

The integrated 98% air dryer uses an aftercooler and replaceable high-temperature molecular sieve desiccant cartridge to remove water vapor from compressed air. The system provides ISO 8573 Class 2.3.1 air quality and a PDP performance range of -20°F to -51°F, making it suitable for sensitive applications.

The MDR2i OLED SMART Controller provides remote monitoring and control through a mobile phone, tablet, notebook or computer. It can operate as an access point or connect to a Wi-Fi network, allowing users to adjust compressor parameters and monitor operating conditions remotely.

Maintenance

The oil-free pump eliminates the need for compressor oil changes. Replace the 98% air dryer cartridge every 4,000 operating hours, approximately every two years under average use. Replace the 2 HP motor air filters every two years, or annually when operating in dirty or dusty environments. Periodically inspect the automatic drain system, filters, electrical connections and air lines. The SMART Controller can also be used to monitor operating hours and compressor parameters.
