Product Description
The California Air Tools RD-91502 is a high-efficiency, non-recycling refrigerated air dryer designed to remove approximately 98% of moisture from compressed air. With a 52.97 CFM capacity and a pressure dew point of 2-10°C, it provides reliable dry compressed air for general industrial and pneumatic applications.
The RD-91502 operates on 115V, 60Hz single-phase power and supports high-pressure applications from 29 to 232 PSI. Its compact design, 3/4-inch NPT connections, and efficient 0.5 kW operation make it a practical solution for compressed air systems requiring consistent moisture removal.

Maintenance
Install the RD-91502 downstream of the air compressor. California Air Tools recommends installing a minimum 5-micron output filter or filter/regulator before the dryer if the compressor does not already provide adequate filtration. An auxiliary air tank between the compressor and dryer can also help provide stable air buffering and reduce temporary output pressure fluctuations.
The RD-91502 is not intended for applications requiring extremely low pressure dew points such as ISO 8573 Class 2.3.1. Those applications require a desiccant-based air dryer system.
